In Context Update

It’s nearly Spring – this not only signals new beginnings in nature, but also for us. Not only have we moved offices, but In Context is proud to announce that we have been appointed to work closely with TSiBA (Tertiary School in Business Administration) as they extend their offering to executive education with the launch of TSiBA Executive Education. Our courses will now be available through TSiBA and together we are excited about joining hands to ignite opportunity.

TSiBA Executive Education and In Context will offer in-house and public training courses to corporate South Africa and government, focusing on the development of junior and middle management candidates.

What makes us different?

The training solution, focused on developing leadership skills, general management and communication capabilities, is differentiated from others in the market in that we offer:

• cost-effective, well priced training solutions that offer real workplace value;
• courses where theory has its place and stands at the core of the offering, but in addition we assist the organisation with practical application;
• agile courses tailored to suit the specific needs of the organisation;
• the necessary support for the integrated training solution;
• the ability to assist with mentoring and coaching of specific individuals; and
• courses specifically designed to fast track and equip talented junior and middle management candidates.

By doing this TSiBA, together with In Context, is building on its mission to be an innovative learning community that graduates entrepreneurial leaders who ignite opportunity and social change.  Profits made from Executive Education will be re-invested into TSiBA to contribute to its sustainability.

A comprehensive list of courses offered is available upon request. Please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for more information.
