The Concept:

The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY™ method is a tool that is used within groups and teams, who are given the opportunity to ‘play’ whilst unpacking key issues (identified before the time). This methodology enables you to explore relationships and connections between people and their worlds in new and enlightening ways.

Key observations:

We’ve seen that while participants are busy ‘playing’ and ‘building’, they communicate more effectively. They also engage their imaginations more readily and approach the ‘scenario’ with confidence and commitment. This gives you the opportunity to observe both the internal and external dynamics of your team members. You can also explore and test various scenarios and quickly gain an awareness of a variety of possibilities.
One of the main keys to the success of this method is that it is facilitated according to and based on the latest science about how our mind works. The common language - the bricks - treats everyone as equals and allows for all aspects to be heard. However, it is the highly skilled and artful facilitation that deliver lasting impact.
This concept offers no readymade solutions - it’s all about unframed problem solving. All results emerge from the participants and the situations they experience. This approach provides a perfect tool for crafting a solution.

The outcome:

Participating individuals will be able to identify problems and formulate action plans that deal with the real issues - not the symptoms.
